Shipments and returns
DELIVERY METROPOLITAN FRANCE:
Goods below 1 kg are delivered within 2 working days (‘letter max’ package + tracking) after receipt of payment, (metropolitan France area only).
A link containing the tracking number will automatically be sent to your attention. The handling and packaging are included in our prices, and remain fixed.
However, for shipments exceeding 1 kg, please contact us.
DELIVERIES EUROPE AND THE WORLD:
Packages up to 250 g are delivered Postexport after receipt of payment. A link containing the tracking number will automatically be sent to your attention.
For all shipments exceeding 250 grams, please contact us. We will send you a quote.
If you want to benefit from such transportation like UPS or Fedex, it will be at the extra costs of the Purchaser, payable at the same time and in the same manner as the contract price.
RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Order at the conclusion thereof. In addition, the receipt of the Product by the Buyer, it has a cooling off period of seven days, allowing it, without any reasons, to return the product delivered. If Buyer makes use of this right of withdrawal within 7 days from receipt of product, the Seller will reimburse Buyer promptly and no later than thirty days after the date which this right was exercised (costs exchange remain.
The return postage will be paid by the Buyer.
To exercise the cancellation of the Order and withdrawal rights , the Buyer must visit the site to the Contact section and fill out the online form provided for this purpose , by sending a request to Customer Service .
On the other hand , the return will not be accepted that if the product is returned in its original packaging and packaging , without having been used . A check will be made upon receipt before reimbursement .
